To Infinity and Beyond – Saturday, June 22nd, 2024 Show
Live multi-camera recording of To Infinity and Beyond as performed by the All That Dance Company. This is the Saturday, June 22nd version of the show.
Dear Northwest Event Video Customers,
It has come to our attention that our previous disc production partner, who duplicated, packaged, printed, and shipped discs for us, has failed to perform this job for some of our past shows.
To ensure this does not happen again, we will now be doing all of the disc production, duplication, and printing entirely in-house. This way we will not be reliant on any third-party company and will be able to ensure our customers receive their orders.
Due to the large number of event videos we are producing this summer, we are expecting a delivery window of September – October for ‘To Infinity and Beyond’ and ‘Toy Story’ event videos.
Until very recently we hadn’t been aware of the full extent of the problem with our disc duplication partner. While we had heard that some people hadn’t received their orders, our partner assured us that only a limited number of customers were impacted and most of the orders had been fulfilled. Ultimately, we had been unable to determine that they had fulfilled any orders at all.
Now that we have the equipment to duplicate the discs ourselves, we are working through this backlog of orders and hope to have all outstanding orders fulfilled soon. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
